Interview Summary: This discussion began as a conversation during an Uber ride, between driver and passenger.  It started with dialogue about the federal government's handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic.  It then quickly moved to talk of education.  Specifically, the discrepancy between the resources provided to students, depending on where they happen to live.
